Prayer times by region in Kyrgyzstan

Our pages in Kyrgyzstan are organised in 8 regions. Open your region, then your city: every page has its own coordinates, which is why the times change by a few minutes between cities, east to west and north to south.

How prayer times are calculated in Kyrgyzstan

Times for Kyrgyzstan use the Muslim World League method: Fajr when the sun is 18° below the horizon and Isha when the sun is 17° below the horizon. Times are shown in local time (UTC+6). In the capital Bishkek, Fajr is about 3:05 AM and Maghrib 8:44 PM around 21 June, whereas around 21 December Fajr comes at 6:46 AM and Maghrib at 5:30 PM. Daylight there ranges from 9 h 01 min to 15 h 21 min.

Our cities in Kyrgyzstan stretch from Razzakov in the west to Karakol in the east, and from Kant in the north to Razzakov in the south. Because of this spread, the sun reaches its zenith in Karakol about 35 minutes before Razzakov, even though the clock is the same everywhere. Day length also varies between north and south, most of all in summer and winter, so the timetable of Bishkek cannot replace that of your own city.
