Manarat Al-Islam covers 32,047 cities in 243 countries and territories. Each country page lists its regions and cities, explains which calculation method is used, how many time zones the country has and how much the time of the adhan differs between its eastern and western cities. The countries are grouped by continent below; the number next to each name is the number of cities with their own page.

If your town is not listed, open the nearest city: between two places a few kilometres apart, prayer times differ by a minute at most. You can also use the search box at the top of every page, which accepts local spellings and names without accents.

One sun, many timetables

Countries do not only differ by their calculation method. Their latitude changes the length of the day through the year, their longitude changes the time of solar noon on the clock, and their choice of time zone and daylight saving time moves every prayer by up to an hour. That is why we calculate each city separately with the official time zone of the day, instead of publishing one timetable per country.
